Your Prescription Drug Benefit Program under The Teamsters Local 170 Health & Welfare Fund prescription drug program is administered by Medcohealth Solutions Inc., administrator of the retail pharmacy program, and Merck-Medco Rx Services, provider of the mail service pharmacy program.

Non–participating pharmacies

Pay in full and submit a claim to PAID Prescriptions.

Reimbursement will be the amount that would have been charged by a participating pharmacy, less the applicable copayment.

$0.00 copayment per generic medication up to a 102–day supply

$ 10.00 copayment per brand name medication up to a 102–day supply

If this is your first prescription, ask your doctor for two prescriptions: the first for a 14–day supply to be filled at a participating retail pharmacy; the second for the balance, up to a 102–day supply, to be filled through the mail service pharmacy

If necessary, a registered pharmacist is available for emergency consultations 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the toll-free Member Services number above.

The TDD number for the hearing-impaired is 1-877-667-9347.

For our vision-impaired customers, upon special request with your order, the pharmacist will provide Braille labels for your medication vials.
