The Health & Welfare Fund Plan offers you a choice of the following medical plan optionsl Choose the one to enroll in that best serves the needs of you and your family.

Blue Choice New England Plan 2, or
Fallon Community Health Plan Select Care

Your choice of medical plan option is binding until open enrollment, at which time you have the option to change medical plans.
